So I was dragged out of bed at 4.45 in the morning. Rushed all over. Ran in the sun for 21km. Got me some healthy-sized blisters. Got chaffed in some uncomfortable places. And now have a knee that’s killing me. Pretty good day I’d say – cos I broke my own record!
Right so I don’t really have much of a record, but i did run faster than my target of 2h22m. Which is good. And I did it alone. Also good. And I didn’t stop running. Now that’s a record.
