army

The army is like that of a parallel dimension/universe very much like the matrix. With generic minimalist living quarters, attire and rations. Not to mention with all the H1N1 hoohaa now, medics are all over the shop in their gear – yellow gowns, goggles, masks, latex gloves, baggie shoes, armed with bio-hazard bins. All this while others are captivated playing with their assault rifles. Its like something off a sci-fi flick. Very bizarre.

Zee Avi looks set to be the next big thing to come out of our friendly Ramly-flippin’ neighbour. You might have heard the poppy Bitter Heart on the local airwaves recently. Here’s what her story’s like.
Avi originally posted a video of her first song on YouTube because one of her friends had missed her first performance in Kuala Lumpur, so she created a video on YouTube for him to watch. He convinced Avi to leave the video up, and soon she received positive feedback, which inspired her to put more videos on YouTube. After she was featured on YouTube, she was signed by Brushfire Records, which is partly owned by Jack Johnson.
Yet again, Youtube saves the day!
